In my virtual classes, I emphasize clear, detailed instructions to help you find your own alignment, encouraging you to listen to and respect your body. A Journey into Healing and TransformationMy journey began, when at 11 years old, I stumbled upon a book that taught me how to breathe, a discovery that sparked a passion for yoga. However, it was when my children were small that I truly engaged in the study of yoga, exploring it as a deeply personal path to well-being. My introduction to meditation became a turning point — opening the door to a lifelong study of meditation, yoga, Ayurveda, energy, leading ultimately to becoming a certified Yoga Therapist.With each step, my understanding of the intricate connection between the body, breath, and mind deepened, revealing how this unity can be harnessed for true healing and transformation. I draw on these experiences to guide others on their own journeys toward balance and well-being.Over the years, my path has led me to work with a diverse range of individuals seeking greater ease and balance in their lives. I’ve supported professionals carrying tension they didn’t even realize, athletes refining their movement, and those navigating the physical and emotional shifts that come with injury, and aging. I’ve also worked with people managing chronic pain and those simply looking to feel more at home in their bodies. Reiki Energy Healing

Reiki is a gentle energy healing practice that originated in Japan. It works with the body's natural energy flow to promote relaxation, balance, and well-being. As a Reiki Master, I act as a channel for this universal life energy, allowing it to flow through my hands to support the recipient's healing process on a physical, emotional, and energetic level.A Reiki session can take place either in person or virtually, as energy is not limited by physical distance. The recipient remains fully clothed, either lying down or seated, while I place my hands lightly on or just above different areas of the body (for in-person sessions) or work with intention and visualization (for virtual sessions). The energy flows where it is needed most, and people often experience warmth, tingling, or deep relaxation.Reiki can also be complemented with chakrology, which involves working with the body's chakra system to identify imbalances and support alignment. This integration can enhance self-awareness, emotional clarity, and overall well-being, creating a holistic approach to energy healing.

Chair Yoga is a gentle and accessible practice for all.Chair yoga is a form of yoga that adapts traditional poses for a seated or supported practice, making it accessible to a wide range of individuals. It offers the benefits of movement, breath awareness, and mindfulness without the need to get down on the floor.This practice is particularly beneficial for older adults, individuals recovering from injury or surgery, office workers looking for a way to stretch at their desks, and anyone who finds traditional mat-based yoga difficult. Chair yoga allows for deep, intentional movement in a safe and supportive way, helping to improve flexibility, strength, circulation, and overall well-being.I have been teaching chair yoga for several years, guiding students of all ages and abilities through practices that honor their unique needs. Whether used as a daily movement practice, a gentle introduction to yoga, or an alternative when getting on the floor isn’t ideal, chair yoga ensures that yoga truly is for everyone.I teach weekly 60-minute Chair Yoga.

Our villa is located in Kokkino Chorio, Greece, on the hills, overlooking the Sea of Crete (or Cretan Sea), which is a part of the Aegean Sea. Our villa is on the hill below the village of Chorio, location of the 1964 film “ Zorba the Greek”.

- Breakfast is self-serve: Greek Yogurt with walnuts and honey, fresh fruit, fresh bread (greek pastries) with jam, orange juice, local coffee and local caffeine free herbal “Mountain” tea
- Lunch and Dinner will be prepared by a Greek Chef who comes to the villa. Make sure you let me know if you have any dietary restrictions when you fill your registration form.
